Recently Completed Projects

APH Contractors were engaged by CivilCon as a Subcontractor to complete all the civil works including earthworks, roadworks, carparks and drainage infrastructure, in relation to construction of the City of Bunbury’s new Operations Depot in Picton.

APH has a long standing relationship with CivilCon, whereby they have undertaken significant formworks under a Subcontractor arrangement with APH for a number of contract works we have completed in the past.

Civil works for the Operations Depot began in August 2017. Our current works program for this project finished in June 2018.

Further civil works (road pavement construction) will be undertaken from late August 2018. 

Toby’s Inlet Estate is a new retirement village and is located in the beautiful South West region of Dunsborough. Calibre Consulting Engineers awarded the contract to APH Contractors in November 2017 on behalf of the Developer, Toby’s Inlet Estate Pty Ltd.

The construction program included the establishment of 39 Lots for future independent homes within the retirement village as well as internal road infrastructure, footpaths and installation of all underground civil services.

Contract works were completed on 29^th June 2018.

APH Contractors were engaged by Wood & Grieve Engineers on behalf of the Client, West Kong Agricultural Pty Ltd. This contract is located in Queenwood WA and is a local area within the Shire of Donnybrook-Balingup.

Construction activities commenced in January 2018 and include Earthworks, Stormwater Drainage and Roadworks in preparation for future construction of our clients residential home which will be known as “Donnybrook House”.

Practical Completion for this contract was awarded on 16^th July 2018.

Australian Vanguard Ltd the Developer for this private estate awarded APH Contractors its second stage as part of their overall land development. APH completed civil construction works for Stage 10D2 back in June 2017 and within 12 months we were awarded to undertake the development of Stage 10E1.

Kingston Estate is a residential development in WA’s southwest located in Australind, some 2 hours south of Perth and only 20 minutes from Bunbury.

Construction works for Stage 10E1 commenced in December 2017 and practical completion was achieved in April 2018.

Newport Geographe is a coastal development located only 5 minutes from the heart of Busselton in Port Geographe. The estate offers a variety of homesite options and APH Contractors washonouredto continue our working relationship with Aigle Royal Developments and their project superintendent, TABEC.

APH Contractors were engaged to undertake the earthwork and civil works in relation to Stage 1B, which included the creation of traditional residential lots in the canal precinct.

Construction works commenced in October 2017 and saw us supply and deliver in excess of 112,000 tonnes of clean fill sand from our Lot 2 Calinup Road Sand Pit in order to meet design requirements for lot establishment.

The earthworks and civil work infrastructure was completed in April 2018.
